Here is your no-nonsense guide to Nibble’s four AI negotiation agents:

1. Competitive RFQ Agent

This agent is used when you want to get the best result from competing quotes, and will negotiate with many suppliers all at the same time.

Typical use cases for this agent include negotiating on delivery terms, service levels, scope alignment and price competition.

To start using this, you just need to upload an RFQ brief document and 2-5 quotes you want to negotiate on.

Our clients will use this in categories like Logistics or Maintenance & Services, for example.

2. Quote Challenge Agent

This AI negotiation agent is used when you want to improve an existing quote you have already received in a 1-to-1 negotiation with a supplier.

Typical uses cases for this agent include negotiating on payment tems, call-out fees, material markups or labour versus rate card. This is useful when you wish you had time or opportunity to get 3 bids and a buy but its not practical, there isn’t an alternatvie supplier or you are in a rush.

To start using this, all you need to upload into Nibble is the quote you have received from the supplier – easy!

Our clients will use this in categories like Maintenance & Services.

3. Renewal Protection Agent

This agent is used when you want to combat an expected renewal price increase in a 1-to-1 negotiation with a supplier. For example, think of service contracts or upcoming software renewals that you know are set to increase.

Typical use cases for this agent include negotiating on inflation control & rebates, payment terms, or contract duration.  You can pro-actively approach a supplier with an invitation to negotiate a renewal 2-3 months prior to the renewal date so youa re not timed-out and forced to roll over existing terms or painful inflation.

To start using this, you just need to upload the existing contract terms that are being renewed.

4. Savings Campaign Agent

This AI negotiation agent is used when you want to ask many of your existing suppliers to give you savings in one way or another. You would use this in all your tail spend categories to easily launch a mass negotiation campaign.

Typical use cases for this agent include negotiating for better cash efficiency, portfolio discounts, or to harmonise legal terms with your suppliers.

To get started with this agent, you just need to give Nibble a simple table of 50+ suppliers including their contact details (email) and existing terms to be negotiated (like price and payment days).
